Products
Tubes
We manufacture laser welded stainless steel tubes in state of the art production facilities. In our laser mill we mainly produce tubes in grade LDX 2101, 316 L and 304. Our mill has inline bright annealing. We can produce tubes up to 36 meter in length.
Heat exchangers
Stainless steel heat exchangers. Sole manufacture 50 000 heat exchangers pr./year with tubes from our own mill. We customize heat exchangers according to customer needs. For increased safety we manufacture heat exchangers from one continuous tube up to 36 meters long. We also manufacture copper heat exchangers.
Tube bending & endforming
Sole have machinery for advanced bending and end forming. We are capable of bending a diverse assortment of metals. We can do various end forming with our in house tooling technology.
Nozzles and machined components
Sole have CNC turning machines for components in steel, carbon steel, stainless steel, brass and aluminium. We manufacture turned components from 4mm up to 70mm with a close manufacturing tolerance.
Valves
Sole have a lot of patented solutions for valves used in the water heating industry. Since the founding of Sole we have focused on developing valves that are cost effective and safe for our clients. We have safety valves, stop valves, check valves, pressure reducing valves, and valves that combine some or all of those functions.
